WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Pre Orders placed in June 2024 and July 2024 will ship out first. Regular orders placed in August before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the next business day.
All delivery dates are best estimates and are not guaranteed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, but only via FedEx. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.
DOES LUMI SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Lumi ships worldwide.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING HOLIDAYS?
Lumi will not ship on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Returns
Gear must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include the original packaging.
I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?
We want to make sure our gear is right for your canine companion. Simply contact us and let us know how we can assist. Please reference your order number (the order number can be found in your purchase confirmation email).
I RECEIVED MY LUMI GEAR AS A GIFT. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We accept returns for products that have not been used and are current styles/colors. Gift items are eligible for a gift card.
Message our Customer Experience team here to confirm your return eligibility. We’ll need to know the style name, size, and color of your harness. Once return eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Credits may take up to five business days to post to your account once your item has been received. We'll notify you via email when your return has been processed.
