If you have received a Lumi item that you suspect has a defect, please let us know by sending us a note on our Contact page. Lumi will review claims of the product purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through discoverlumi.com.

Approved claims will be issued an e-gift card for the full replacement value of the product (U.S.) or sent a replacement product. Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

• Improper use or misuse of the product


• Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications


• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
